Maybe real ducks?

PCR welcomed the first Rubber Duck River Run, AKA the RDRR. From this new event, an international decree was curated, as we now have certified duck herders! From around the globe, citizens will come once a year to become certified in this long lost art of helping ducks to find their way down the river. Shout out to the activities committee for going the extra miles and bringing this event to fruition! It was also recommended that next year we try real ducks. The research has already started for a permit feasibility.
