No more wishing you were a Jedi Master to use the force to open the gate. No more marriage stress requiring counselling over whose turn it is to open the gate. No more dropping the gate key into the enless abyss between the seats in the car. No more getting your key stuck in the lock. No more freezing your fingers to the metal chain and

Spring clean up
April 18th was an incredibly beautiful day. So beautiful that many of you came and filled the dumpster! If you look closely within the treasure trove of dumpster refuse, you will see the remnants of one cabin owner's fiberglass elk from a meeting with a winter tree - rest in peace fiberglass elk...adieu. And for those of you who committed the time to port your limbs to the side of the road, extra heapings of guacamole were served with chips. Remember that June 27th is t

Maybe real ducks?
PCR welcomed the first Rubber Duck River Run, AKA the RDRR. From this new event, an international decree was curated, as we now have certified duck herders! From around the globe, citizens will come once a year to become certified in this long lost art of helping ducks to find their way down the river. Shout out to the activities committee for going the extra miles and bringing this event to fruition! It was also recommended that next year we try real ducks. The research

Pine Creek Ranch Spring Cleaning
We have these awesome cabins in the mountains. Over the years, the family comes and goes, the kids, the grandkids - they all come to feel the peace of being away from the city. But then reality sets in. All of those trinkets, those one last things at the antique store - they all become a part of a well cluttered cabin - or even worse - the shed! Well, may your hearts be rested and refreshed. For on April 18th 2026, PCR will have a large dumpster placed at the parking lot.

PCR Trail Maintenance
Over the weekend of the 28th, the trail team was out reparing deeply rutted trails. Using the grater owned by the association, the rutts started to get flattened out. :). We will check in with the trail team later this month to check on progress.
