Here are the details as of May 21:
The motor has been installed.
We are waiting for the concrete to harden for the key pad post
Remote clickers have been received (~140)
Waiting on permanent power connection
Automated system in place for you to access the personal gate code
The auto-open mechanism when exiting the ranch is in place
Wifi system for mobile application is future addition (~approx 2 months)
The current chain and lock will remain in place until the annual meeting
